Light Microscopy for Biomedical Research
Workshop September 24 to 28

The Michael Hooker Microscopy Facility, with assistance from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine and the North Carolina Roadmap Initiative, is offering a one week workshop on the use of light microscopes in biomedical research.  The workshop is intended to provide an introduction to the basic concepts of light microscopy and its application to biological research with hands on sessions and industry involvement.

To Apply: Please send a biosketch and with a brief description of past and present microscopy experience.

Cost: $500.  Attendance will be limited.  A number of seats at a discount rate will be reserved for those who are part of groups which already support the MHMF through program grants.
