Volocity

Volocity (Improvision/Perkin Elmer) is installed on the workstation called \\Zernike.  Sometimes the software may be on \\Snell but is not licensed to be on more than one computers at a time.  The rendering and classification (tracking) modules are installed.  Access requires a MHMICROSCOPY account.  Volocity can easily import z-series image stacks from the Zeiss or Leica or Biorad or Perkin Elmer confocal programs, as well as from other software.

Noticed side bands on renders of root hairs.  Ameliorate by reducing density slider (in version 2.0 at least)
