Mitochiondiral Staining

• Make a stock solution of 100 µM in water and keep this in small quantities in the freezer.

• Add 1 µM final concentraion to your live cells for 15 minutes.

• Wash two times.

Before fixation incubate with CMX ROS 50 nM for 30'
